3. No Guarantee of Exam Outcomes
The mock tests, questions, and explanations provided on the Platform are for educational and practice purposes only. Techsillica is an independent platform and is not affiliated with any state or central examination board. We make no guarantees regarding actual performance, scoring, or selection in any official government examinations.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract question banks, explanations, or data from the Platform.
- Attempt to bypass, exploit, or disrupt the authentication systems, database security (Row Level Security), or underlying edge functions.
- Share or distribute account credentials.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Techsillica shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to server downtime, data loss, or inaccuracies in study materials.
